Personalized Health Coaching for Women
Who want to feel supported, informed and in control of their health, now and long-term.

Who want to feel supported, informed and in control of their health, now and long-term.

I came to health coaching after spending years searching for answers to my own health questions. Like many women, I didn’t feel well, but I also wasn’t receiving clear, practical guidance on how to support my health in a sustainable way. I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to better understand my own body, not with the original intention of becoming a coach. Over time, through education, research, and lived experience, I discovered how powerful foundational lifestyle changes can be, particularly around blood sugar balance and daily rhythms. What surprised me most was how little guidance exists on how to apply this knowledge in real life. After years of learning, experimenting, and refining what truly works, I realized I could help other women avoid the overwhelm and trial and error I experienced. Today, my work focuses on personalized, supportive coaching that evolves with you — because health is not static, and neither are we.

I work with women who want a thoughtful, individualized approach to health without extremes, trends, or one size fits all solutions.
I work with women across all stages of adulthood: from those in their twenties building strong foundations, to women in their seventies focused on maintaining strength, stability, and independence.
Clients often come to me wanting support with:
Health is personal and ever changing. What works at one stage of life may not work forever. My role is to provide support and clear, practical guidance so you can make informed decisions about your health as your needs evolve over time.
My approach is rooted in understanding foundational systems including: blood sugar regulation, hormone balance, stress response, sleep, movement, and bone health — starting with the basics and adapting support as life changes.
The goal is not perfection or rigid rules, but supportive care that builds awareness, confidence, and long-term resilience.

Our work begins with a 50 minute session focused on your health history, current concerns, and goals. This conversation allows us to explore patterns, priorities, and what support might look like for you. Some clients choose to complete a comprehensive health history form in advance, which can help guide the conversation. Others prefer to talk through their history together during our session. Both options are completely welcome — the goal is to make the process supportive, not burdensome. This initial session is also a time for us to see whether working together feels like the right fit. I move forward only when I believe I can genuinely support you and when you feel confident that my approach aligns with what you’re looking for. If it feels aligned on both sides, we can then discuss ongoing 1:1 coaching options. For clients who continue, sessions are personalized and offered individually or through multi session packages.
