About Paige

Progress over perfection.

For most of my life, my interest in health was almost strictly about how I looked. I thought I was doing the right things: weekly Pilates, very little sugar, a mostly vegetarian diet. And by most measures, I looked fine. But in my early 40s, things started to quietly unravel. I was exhausted in a way that sleep didn't fix. I was intermittently depressed and anxious, not feeling like myself. My body was changing in ways I couldn't explain. And I developed a persistent, mysterious pain on the left side of my body that no one seemed to have answers for. I was seeing my regular doctor, a naturopathic doctor, a private practice doctor, and a chiropractor, trying different combinations of things and not getting anywhere.

What I didn't know then was that almost everything I was experiencing had a name, a reason, and a path forward. Some of it was perimenopause, which I hadn't even known was a thing, let alone something actively affecting me. Some of it was that my diet and exercise routine, despite seeming healthy, weren't actually meeting my body's needs. Some of it was blood work that was off and wasn't being caught. All of it was compounded by how little I understood about how connected these things are.

That's what led me to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, not with the intention of becoming a holistic health coach, but because I needed answers. What I found there, combined with years of continued reading, research, and lived experience, changed everything. I learned how powerful foundational lifestyle shifts can be, and I was struck by how little practical guidance exists for women on how to actually apply this knowledge in real life.

What struck me just as much was how long it took and how much misinformation I had to wade through along the way. I look at everything critically. And I realized that most women don't have the time or energy to sift through all of it, let alone sort the good information from the bad. That's what ultimately led me to coaching.

I don't want to suggest I've figured it all out. I still have personal goals I'm working on, and I probably always will. I've grown to embrace that. Health isn't a destination, and neither is this work. Progress over perfection is my guiding mantra, and I hope that you also find the beauty in it.

Who I Work With

You might be in the right place if you:

I work with women across all stages of adulthood, from their twenties building strong foundations to their seventies focused on maintaining strength and independence, who want a thoughtful, individualized approach without extremes, trends, or one size fits all solutions.

  • Feel “fine,” but sense you could feel better and want to be more intentional about your health over time
  • Are navigating changes in energy, stress, sleep, hormones, or body composition
  • Are seeking clarity around blood sugar, bone health, nutrition, exercise, and other foundational daily habits
  • Value education, self-awareness, and sustainable change

What We Work On

The body doesn't work in isolation.

Most of my clients know they should be paying more attention to their health. They just don't know where to start. They're often dealing with interconnected issues that haven't responded to isolated fixes, because the body doesn't work in isolation. My approach is rooted in understanding the foundational systems that drive how women feel day to day: blood sugar regulation, nutrition, hormone balance, stress response, sleep, movement, and bone health.

We start with what matters most to you right now, build awareness around the patterns driving your symptoms, and make practical changes that fit your actual life. The goal is never perfection, it's building the knowledge and confidence to take care of yourself for the long term.

Health is personal and ever changing. Many women don't realize how much their needs shift from one stage of life to the next. What works in your thirties may not work in your forties or fifties. My role is to provide support and clear, practical guidance so you can make informed decisions about your health as your needs evolve over time.

We start with what matters most to you right now.

Working Together

The goal isn't a program you follow.

01

50-minute health history session

We begin with a 50-minute health history session, a conversation focused on your history, current concerns, and goals. I only move forward when I'm confident I can genuinely support you, and when the approach feels like the right fit for you.

02

A process built around you

From there, I typically recommend a two-month package with sessions every other week and a text check-in in between. After each session you'll receive a written summary including your action plan and any resources tailored to your goals. At the end of two months we reflect on your progress and decide together whether continued support makes sense.

The goal isn't a program you follow. It's a process built around you.
